"Assisting the church in oversight responsibility of the human resource functions of the church"
Members work collaboratively with the Senior Pastor and the Administrator in monitoring and evaluating the personnel needs of the church. They review policies and procedures and provide support for the Senior Pastor. Six persons serve on this team and usually meet monthly.
